Umaro Mokhtar Sissoco Embaló (wakababika pa 23 Seputembala 1972) ni wandale wa ku Guinea-Bissau uyo wakuteŵetera nga ni pulezidenti wa Guinea-Bisau kufuma mu Febuluwale 2020.[2] Iyo ni nkhwantha ya vya ndyali na msilikari uyo wakaŵa nduna yikuru pakati pa Novembala 2016 na Janyuwale 2018.[3]
