Not sure how it could be rescued as each time I visit incubator it looks like I start over again.

I would like to give you my opinion regarding the Tumbuka dictionary, please do not take it personally.

1. As far as I know, you are the only one that speaks the language so it will never be approved. You need at least three people working for a certain period of time (like three months but I doubt they will accept it after such a short period of time) everyday.
2. If you take a look at the Wikipedia in Tumbuka, most articles are one-liners. I already talked to you about this: it doesn't look good. Also, you have a lot of geographical stubs with countries unrelated to Malawi, which is the country where Tumbuka is spoken.
3. My suggestion is to focus on improving the quality of this Wikipedia first. How? Take this list and start creating those articles (at least two or three paragraphs about that). Also, try to translate more articles related to Africa or to Malawi. If not, it is going to look very badly.
4. If you start a Wiktionary, your work here is going to stop so I suggest you not to spread yourself too wide. Just focus on improving the Wikipedia (not on having a lot of articles, but good ones). A one-line article about a city in Japan is not going to be useful for a Tumbuka speaker. If you don't know which articles to translate, please let me know and I can put them here for you to translate.

If you cannot find other two people that can work for let's say six months to be sure, it will sadly be a waste of time. I have answered them. I don't think I will help much here anymore as I can see you are doing fine. If you have doubts just write here and I will answer whenever I can. From next year I won't have as much time as I have had this one and I am planning to stop writing in every Wikipedia. I have been helping a lot in different Wikipedias (some of them were created thanks to me) and you can see the treatment I got so that is another reason why I don't want to help in any of these projects. That doesn't sound good at all.

Not all wikis are same. In fact, what you have done here and in other wikis is so huge that vanishing will be total a loss, for legacy reasons. I have learnt so many things from you from templates to etc..

Most of your cases I have seen is due to global sysops who pop up in any wiki, even if they haven't written any single article there and (they) start judging your work.

On this wiki, you are always the best editor, or simply a "watcher" who is guarding and protecting this wiki.

Therefore, you can't just fade away.

That is unfair.

@Caro de Segeda looks great and amazing, but its hard for someone who has no knowledge of or does not know map coordinates.

You know, any slight single digit coordinate error and it will locate a different place, right :)
