Renaming into local

Hi can we rename "L'Enciclopèdia" into local?

Thus in Tumbuka..?

Because basically it means "The Encyclopedia" in that language.

I suggested that because the characters contained in the title of this article are not available when using certain typing keyboards.

But its okay if it has to stay like that.
