Rafiq Hajat (14 September 1955 - 13 September 2021) wakaŵa wakuvikilira wanangwa wa ŵanthu wa ku Malawi. Wakababikira ku Blantyre. Wakaŵa mulara wa Institute for Policy Interaction (IPI) ku Malawi.

Wakasambira digiri ya B.A. mu sayansi ya ndyali ku Saint Xavier College ku Mumbai, India mu 1975..[1]

Hajat wakaŵa mulara wa Institute for Policy Interaction (IPI) ndipo ndiyo wakambiska Transparency International - Malawi Chapter. Hajat na purezidenti wa Malawi Democratic Party (MDP) Kamlepo Kalua ŵakapanga gulu lakuvikilira demokalase (Forum for the Defense of Democracy) gulu lakuwoneseska kuti boma lileke kunanga vinthu.

Hajat wakaŵa yumoza wa awo ŵakalongozga pa nkhani ya vyachuma pa charu chose. Ici cikapangiska kuti wabisame kwa mazuŵa ghacoko waka, kweni pamasinda wakalutilira kunozga viyezgelero.
