The template detects your username, and uses "he", "she", or "they" based on the gender you set in your preferences.

No power is experiencing a power outage and has no immediately available Internet access. As such, they will be taking a wikibreak of indeterminate length.
Partial power

No power is experiencing a power outage and has no immediately available Internet access. They may still able to access Wikipedia at other locations such as a phone, a terminal in another area, or a battery-powered laptop, but bear in mind these locations may not be convenient. As such, they will be taking a semi-wikibreak of indeterminate length.
