Ng'andu Peter Magande, nkhwantha ya vyachuma, wakaŵa nduna ya vya ndalama na ndondomeko ya chalo cha Zambia kufuma mu 2003 mpaka 2008. Wakateŵeteranga mu Nyumba ya Malamulo ya chigaŵa cha Chilanga kufuma mu 2006 m'paka mu 2010 ndipo wakaŵa Chairman wa MMD Party Committee on Economy and Finance.

Magande wakababika pa Julayi 5, 1947, ku Namaila, mu chigaŵa cha Mazabuka ku Southern Province mu Zambia.
