English: Treasure case 2009 T221 (addenda to 2008 T553, SWYOR-F86A02)

Finger ring:
Large gold finger ring with round bezel and filigree and granulated decoration.

Non-destructive X-ray fluorescence analysis of the surface of the finger ring indicated a gold content of 89-91%, a silver content of 5-7%, the rest being copper. The same type of analyses for the spindle whorl indicated that it is made from lead with a trace of copper, tin and antimony.
