BetPawa is a website in which users can bet on sports, that operates in Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Ghana, Cameroon, DR Congo, Rwanda, Malawi, and Benin.
Betpawa was founded was founded in 2014[1]. The company is owned by Mchezo Ltd[2], company with headquarters in Rwanda, but offices in the 11 countries were Betpawa operates (contrary to the main public opinion that Mr.Eezi was owner of betpawa, he was just hired as a known face to sponsor the brand).
During the last 5 years Betpawa has become popular through their operating countries with several marketing campaigns, including the sponsorship of the main Ghana football league, currently named "Betpawa Premier League[3]" and contributing to the local communities through campaigns like "Dream Maker[4]", or through marketing campaigns like "Betpawa BIG Toyota RAV4 Giveaway[5]"
