This template is self-contained and the start day for the Calendar (Chinayi pachanya apa) was calculated with #time.
The year always looks back 11 months from the current month. So: For May 2008 the templates will display as June 2007 to May 2008. The reason for this time lapse is that Wikipedia (as a knowledge base) takes more of a "what happened" than a "what will happen" approach.
