This template ensures that all months whose first day falls on a Tuesday have their calendar dates fall on the correct day of the month. Block layout changes must be made in this (and all other start days:Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat) template. For any other changes, please change the values sent from templates that use this one instead.
